Growth and Age are Unrelated!

Some people call it 'Groundhog Day', others refer to Wednesday as 'Hump Day' and yet some others live from Monday to Friday waiting for the weekend to really start 'living'. Sounds crazy right? Crazy and yet true! You see, none of us really know what our future holds when it comes to our health, how much time we have or external conditions that may affect us. What we DO know and what we do control is the ability to shape our thinking which produces our actions and in turn, our results- basically our life experience. If you're not living life to the fullest, not experiencing the joy, happiness and fulfillment that you are looking for and find yourself wondering 'is this it'? You are in need of a change. Here's the thing- NO one is coming to make changes for you, not going to happen. Why not take action today and find yourself moving towards the things hidden behind your biggest fears? One of my favourite sayings is 'If I can't- I MUST!' and 'If not NOW... WHEN?'.

Stop what you're doing, take a moment and ask if what you're doing, where you're going is really what you want OR if you have a soul-sucking feeling that there's more of you to give- not only to yourself but to others. A life well lived is one where we grow, continue to challenge ourselves and never stop going for it! Don't make the mistake of sitting in your rocking chair when you're 80 years old and asking yourself why you didn't, that you 'shoulda', ' coulda', 'woulda'.... don't be that person!
